I think I am drawn to being a part of one’s wedding because family is the most important thing to me and weddings are the genesis of it all. Astrid and Andy poignantly reminded me of this. Nearly every decision they made in planning their wedding took into account their family. The gesture was not left unnoticed with every guest sharing how much they loved the experience of witnessing their union. Their wedding was incredible to plan and a beautiful story to tell. Our first meeting was in an old library. Behind Andy, I noticed my favorite book, Les Misérables. It was one of Andy’s favorites too. We talked about Victor Hugo’s rich imagery, the charm of the old world and how they actually wished they could bring some of that feeling to their wedding in Miami. Our location scouting almost led us to a family estate in Spain (which would have totally been cool with me). Then they saw the historic Plymouth Congretional Church in Coconut Grove and the Dupont Building in Downtown Miami. Done deal. I am thrilled to share images from their wedding captured by the fabulous Ozzy Garcia. How stunning is Astrid? A classic old world beauty.

“I enjoyed the entire planning process because Nathalie made it stress free,” explains Kristin. She helped orchestrate everything from the beginning, from the inspiration board to making sure our wedding day ran smoothly. We truly could not have had such a calm and enjoyable experience without her…it was magical.” Kristin and Bobby’s wedding is featured in Weddings Unveiled Summer 2013 issue. The national publication is one of the finest resources for inspired wedding style. It’s one of my first go to stops when I embark on a journey with a new client. So honored to be featured. Kristin and Bobby – love you! A heartfelt thanks also to the incredible team of vendors who did an amazing job in this beautiful affair – always making me look good.
